Drone Sky Defender Completes Phase One, Launches Phase Two of PredictiveDrone Defense Platform

Drone Sky Defender today announced the successful completion of Phase One testing of its patent-pending DroneIQ

Threat Dashboard, a breakthrough predictive drone defense platform designed to give correctional facilities advance warning of aerial threats. The company will now enter Phase Two live-data integration and is targeting full nationwide implementation within the next 12-18 months.

Shifting the Advantage Back to Security Teams

Unlike traditional systems that only detect drones once they breach secure airspace, DroneIQ analyzes flight telemetry, environmental data, and pilot behaviors to predict launch origins, flight intent, and contraband drop points minutes before incursions occur.

“With Phase One complete, we have proven that predictive drone defense is not only feasible but transformative,” said Greg MacMaster, CEO & Founder of Drone Sky Defender. “As we accelerate into Phase Two with live operational data, correctional facilities, critical infrastructure operators, defense teams, and private security professionals will soon gain access to a proactive tool that predicts and intercepts drone threats before they occur.”

Three-Phase Roadmap

  • Phase One (Completed): Database-driven feasibility testing with simulated flight data.
  • Phase Two (4th quarter 2025): Live-data operational testing across pilot correctional facilities.
  • Full Deployment (Within 12-18 Months): Scaled implementation of the DroneIQ Threat Dashboard worldwide.

Impact on Corrections

Drone incursions have become a daily security challenge in prisons, with contraband deliveries fueling violence and corruption. By moving from reactive alerts to predictive intelligence, DroneIQ empowers correctional officers to:

  • Gain actionable intelligence before drones reach the fence line.
  • Coordinate planned interdictions instead of last-second reactions.
  • Build neural fingerprints of repeat offenders to strengthen investigations.
    Beyond Corrections
While designed for correctional security, DroneIQ’s predictive architecture is
adaptable for critical infrastructure, agriculture, and defense applications,
offering broad protection against emerging airborne threats.
